DWPcreator provides free online tools including: wallpaper gallery and AI generator, eBook search and download, sound effects browser, Google Fonts browser, file format converter, and video converter (coming soon). All tools are provided “as is” without warranty.

You agree NOT to:

• Use DWPcreator for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Download or distribute copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our services
• Use automated bots to scrape or abuse our APIs
• Reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit our service

Wallpapers: Wallpapers are sourced from Picsum Photos and AI generation. AI-generated wallpapers are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. Curated wallpapers are subject to their original licenses.

Books: All books are sourced from Open Library and Internet Archive. Only public domain or openly-licensed books are available. Respect copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

Sounds: All sound effects are CC-licensed via Freesound.org. Attribution may be required depending on the specific CC license. Check each sound's license before commercial use.

Fonts: All fonts are open-source Google Fonts licensed under SIL Open Font License (OFL) or Apache License 2.0. Free for personal and commercial use.

AI wallpapers generated via our WallDrop tool use Google Gemini AI and Pollinations.ai. You own the wallpapers you generate and may use them freely. We do not claim ownership of your generated images. We are not responsible for the quality or suitability of AI-generated content.

File conversions occur in your browser. We do not access, store, or transmit your files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert and use the files you process through our tool.

DWPcreator displays advertisements to support the free service. Ads are served by Google AdSense and Monetag. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

DWPcreator is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWPcreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of DWPcreator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
